Got down a just after 2pm and Pete L seemed well powered on 4.5m and Mark S rigging 5.7m, so rigged 76l/5,3m. Later I asked Ian when he came,and he said 3pm as Mark was finishing rigging.
Wind started to climb then swung a little N so had some holes. I was a little underpowered a fair amount of the time and found it hard to make much headway upwind getting to Golf eventually. Maybe board was too small unless well powered. When there was a gust felt more comfortable. Had sail quite baggy to get power and pulled outhall a couple of cm which I'm told helps upwind, and it seemed to.
Some rollers by Golf. Good fun with 8 of us out. Was going to be 3* but finished on a high as wind picked up and after a chat on beach had one last outing, so just about another 4*
